For home customers, deliveries are typically made on a fortnightly (every two weeks) schedule. We deliver 15L bottles directly to your door, and the number of bottles can be adjusted to suit your household's needs.

The number of bottles you'll need depends on how much water your household drinks. As a general guide:

1-2 people: 1-2 x 15L bottles per fortnight
3-4 people: 3-4 x 15L bottles per fortnight
5+ people: 5 or more x 15L bottles per fortnight

If you're unsure, start with a smaller order and adjust it over time. Our team can also help recommend the right quantity based on your household size and water consumption.

Yes, in most cases you can change your delivery schedule or the number of bottles you receive. Simply contact ourf friendly service team, and we'll work with you to find an option that suits your needs. Once any changes are confirmed, we'll update your account and let you know when your new schedule will take effect.

Empty bottles are collected by our delivery team when they deliver your new bottles.

Once collected, the bottles are returned to our facility, where they’re thoroughly cleaned and inspected before being reused. This helps reduce plastic waste and supports a more sustainable delivery service.
