The beginning
Just Water was founded by CEO, Tony Falkenstein, after noticing water coolers in American sitcoms.
1989
Pioneering filtered water
Just Water introduced filtered water cooler solutions (now known as EasyFill) allowing customers to create their own fresh drinking water on-site.
Early 1990s
Expanding Beyond Auckland
From our Auckland roots, we established operations in Wellington and Christchurch, helping lay the foundations for a nationwide water service network.
Early 2000s
From Cape Reinga to Bluff
As demand for Just Water grew, our service network expanded across New Zealand, supporting organisations small and large.
2004
Growing Our Water Facilities
With modern water processing facilities operating across Auckland, Hamilton and Wellington, we continued investing in the infrastructure needed to serve more Kiwi homes and businesses.

NZ's Largest Water Delivery Network
Today, Just Water provides fresh, filtered drinking water to more than 33,000 homes and business throughout the country.

Founder and CEO
Tony founded Just Water and continues to lead the business today. What began as a simple idea has grown into a trusted household name, helping thousands of Kiwi homes and workplaces enjoy great-tasting water every day. His hands-on approach, entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to doing right by customers remain at the heart of everything we do.
General Manager
As General Manager, Katie works across every part of the business, helping our teams deliver the reliable service and great customer experience Just Water is known for. She's passionate about building strong relationships, supporting people to do their best work and making sure our customers remain at the heart of every decision we make.

Reception Team
Need to pick up some bottles or have a quick question? Our Reception Team is always happy to help. Based in Auckland, Hamilton and Wellington branches, they're the friendly faces who keep things running smoothly and make sure you, our customers, feel welcome every time you visit.
Servicing Team
Our Servicing Team helps keep workplaces across New Zealand enjoying fresh, great-tasting water. Through our DrinkSafe Service & Sanitisation Programme, they clean, sanitise and maintain customer water coolers to keep everything running at its best. Friendly and always happy to help, they're a trusted part of the Just Water experience.
Water Delivery Team
Our Water Delivery Team keeps homes and businesses across Auckland, Wellington and Hamilton stocked with fresh, 6-step filtered water. Rain or shine, they're out on the road making deliveries with a smile and helping keep Kiwis hydrated. You might spot them in one of our bright blue and white trucks around town, so be sure to give them a wave!
Marketing Team
Our Marketing Team helps share the Just Water story with customers across New Zealand. From creating helpful content and special offers to supporting our branches and community initiatives, they're focused on helping more Kiwis discover great-tasting water and the friendly service that comes with it.
