Shipping Within New Zealand

Just Water currently ships products within New Zealand only.

Shipping Charges

The following shipping charges apply to products purchased through our website. These rates do not apply to cooler rental agreements, which have separate delivery and collection fees.

Standard website products: $7.00 per order
Water coolers purchased outright: $16.40 per cooler

Free shipping is available when you purchase two or more boxes of 1,000 Just Paper Cups in a single order.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Shipping Timeframes

We aim to dispatch most orders within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes an additional 3-5 business days, depending on your location and courier network demand.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays, peak periods, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available free of charge for standard products purchased through our website.

Orders can be collected from:

Just Water Auckland
103 Hugo Johnston Drive
Penrose, Auckland

Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection.

Cooler Collection

Water coolers purchased through our website may also be collected free of charge from any of the following locations:

Auckland: 103 Hugo Johnston Drive, Penrose, Auckland

Hamilton: 27 Northway Street, Te Rapa, Hamilton

Wellington: 17 Toop Street, Seaview, Lower Hutt

Rental Cooler Delivery & Collection Charges

The shipping charges listed above do not apply to cooler rental agreements.

The following fees apply to the delivery and collection of rental coolers:

North Island delivery: $39.00
South Island delivery: $69.00
Collection at the end of a rental agreement: $75.00

These charges apply to rental services and may be invoiced separately from other products or services.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier network disruptions, severe weather events, public holidays, stock availability, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
