How Much Does It Cost to Rent a Home Water Cooler?

Our cool/cold water coolers start from just $1 per day (or $7 per week) when you pay annually upfront. Looking for both hot and cold water? Our hot and cold water coolers start from $1.32 per day, or $9.24 per week.

Which option should I choose: Fill-Your-Own or Water Delivery?

Both are great options to enjoy water in your home. Fill-Your-Own is available nationwide, however, Water Delivery is only available in select regions of Auckland, Waikato, Manawatū-Whanganui and Wellington.

Fill-Your-Own is our more cost-effective option and gives you an endless supply of filtered water on tap.

Water Delivery is our more convenient option, where you get to enjoy filtered water delivered straight to your door.
How does the Fill-Your-Own Cooler work?

The Fill-Your-Own Water Cooler is a convenient and eco-friendly solution for home rental contracts. Here’s how it works:

  1. Connection: Easily connects to your tap with a premium filtration kit for fresh, filtered water on demand. 
  2. Filtration: Our system filters tap water, effectively removing impurities such as chlorine, sediments, and unwanted odors for fresher water.
  3. Dispensing: Provides cool and cold or hot and cold water, depending on the model.
  4. Maintenance: Filters typically need to be replaced once a year.
How does Water Delivery work?

Our water delivery service is designed to be convenient and efficient. This service is only available for Auckland, Hamilton and Wellington regions, and is is available for both home and business rental contracts.

  1. Scheduling: Deliveries are typically scheduled on a fortnightly basis, with some exceptions.
  2. Delivery: Our friendly drivers deliver 15-litre water bottles directly to your location.
  3. Bottle Collection: Simply leave your empty bottles outside on delivery day — we'll collect them and ensure they’re reused or recycled, helping you stay sustainable with ease.
  4. Flexibility: Adjust the quantity of bottles as needed for your home or business.
What's the difference between Cool & Cold and Hot & Cold units?

Cool & Cold units dispense cool and chilled water, making them ideal if your household just need great-tasting cold water on demand. Hot & Cold add a boiling hot tap (82-92°C, with a safety lock), so you can make tea or coffee straight from your cooler as well as enjoy chilled water.

Both are available across Fill-Your-Own and Water Delivery options.
Are Just Water coolers safe around children?

Yes, Just Water coolers are safe for use around children! We offer childproof taps that help prevent spills and are easy to install, making them great for environments with little ones.

Please note that childproof taps will need to be requested, and the good news if they're free with cooler rentals!
Can the cooler be moved around the house?

Yes, all of our home water coolers are designed to be easily moveable. They can be relocated as needed, making them convenient for use in different areas of your home. Just ensure they are placed near a power point and, if applicable, a water source for plumbed-in models.
