Annual Billing
Home Contracts: Save up to 10% with annual billing when you pre-pay the full water cooler rental upfront; this discount applies only to the rental fee.
Business Contracts: This offer is subject to the discount rate determined by us and may be adjusted at our discretion.

Just Water Free Sports Kit Promotion – Terms & Conditions

  • Offer available to new Just Water Home Delivery customers only.
  • To qualify, customers must sign up to an eligible Home Delivery plan during the promotional period and quote promo code KIT when signing up.
  • One free sports kit per new customer account.
  • The free sports kit is available while stocks last.
  • The sports kit cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
  • Just Water reserves the right to substitute the sports kit with a product of equal or greater value if necessary.
  • Customers must remain an active Just Water Home Delivery customer at the time the sports kit is dispatched.
  • The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated.
  • Just Water reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.

Just Water Content Competition – Terms & Conditions

  • Competition is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over.
  • Entries open 4/08/2026 and close 11:59pm NZST on 31/08/2026.
  • To enter, upload a photo or short video showing how your Just Water cooler fits into your home via the competition entry form.
  • Receive one bonus entry by sharing a photo or video on Facebook or Instagram and tagging @JustWaterNZ. Your account must be public so we can verify your entry.
  • Three (3) winners will each receive one Just Water Sports Kit, including a Just Water Drawstring Backpack, Just Water Reusable Drink Bottle, Just Water Cotton Sweat Towel, two packs of Just Water Jelly Beans, and one pen.
  • Winners will be selected and contacted within seven (7) days of the competition closing. 
  • By entering, you confirm you own the rights to your submitted content and grant Just Water permission to use it for promotional purposes across marketing channels.
  • Customers must remain an active Just Water customer at the time the prize is dispatched.
  • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. 
  • Just Water reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary.

 

Spring Free Rental Promotion

 

Promotion Period:
The promotion is valid from 14 September 2026 to 31 October 2026 inclusive.

Eligibility:

  • Available to new Just Water business customers only.
  • Offer applies to eligible rental agreements entered into during the promotion period.
  • Existing Just Water rental customers are not eligible for this offer.
  • Offer is available to New Zealand business customers only.

Offer Details:
Eligible customers who enter into a new rental agreement during the promotion period will receive:

  • 1 month free rental on a 12-month rental agreement
  • 2 months free rental on a 24-month rental agreement
  • 3 months free rental on a 36-month rental agreement

Offer Conditions:

  • The free rental period applies to the rental component only.
  • Any applicable establishment fees, delivery fees, servicing charges, installation costs, water charges, consumables, accessories, or other charges are excluded from the free rental offer and remain payable.
  • The free rental period will be applied at the commencement of the rental agreement unless otherwise agreed by Just Water.
  • The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, refunds, or any alternative benefit.
  • The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, special pricing arrangement, or corporate agreement unless approved by Just Water.
  • The offer is not transferable.

Early Termination:
If the rental agreement is terminated before the completion of the minimum contracted term, standard contractual terms and any applicable early termination charges will apply.

General:

  • Just Water reserves the right to verify eligibility for this promotion.
  • Just Water reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time.
  • Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
  • All rental agreements remain subject to Just Water's standard rental terms and conditions.

Just Water Review Promotion

 

The Review Promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over. To enter, participants must submit a valid Google review during the promotional period, which runs from 14 October 2026 to 31 October 2026.

One winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries and contacted by email within 7 business days of the promotion closing. The winner will receive a $50 Prezzy® Card. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, or does not claim their prize within 7 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn from the remaining eligible entries. This process will continue until a winner has successfully accepted the prize.

By submitting a Google review, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions. Just Water reserves the right to verify entries and to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
