What's the difference between Fill Your Own, Water Delivery and Direct Connect?
The main difference between these options is how the water is supplied to your cooler.
Fill Your Own coolers is our most cost effective option that uses a reusable bottle that you fill on-site using the supplied filtration system connected to a tap. They don't require plumbing, are easy to move, and provide fresh, filtered water without the need for bottle deliveries.
Water Delivery coolers is our most convenient option that delivered 15-litre bottles of filtered water directly to your workplace on a regular schedule. Water delivery is a convenient option for businesses that prefer not to refill bottles themselves.
Direct connect coolers are plumbed directly into your building water supply and filter the water as it's dispensed. Because there's no bottle to refill or replace, they provide a continuous supply of fresh, filtered water and are ideal for workplaces with higher water consumption.

How many 15L bottles does my workplace need?

Yes, in most cases you can change your delivery schedule or the number of bottles you receive. What happens if I run out of water?
If you're running low or have run out of water, simply get in touch with our team. We may be able to arrange an additional delivery or help you find the quickest way to get more water. To help avoid running out in the future, we can also review your usage and adjust your regular order if needed.
How are empty bottles collected?
Empty bottles are collected by our delivery team when they deliver your new bottles.
Once collected, the bottles are returned to our facility, where they’re thoroughly cleaned and inspected before being reused. This helps reduce plastic waste and supports a more sustainable delivery service.
