No. Both our Fill-Your-Own and Water Delivery home water coolers are freestanding units that simply plug into a standard power outlet, with no plumbing required.

Our Water Delivery service is available in selected areas throughout the North Island. To check whether we deliver to your location, find out more here or contact our friendly team on 0800 801 802 and we'll be happy to help.

This depends on the size of your household and how much water you drink. Many households find a single bottle lasts several days, while larger families may refill or replace bottles more frequently.

Our home water coolers use 15-litre bottles, providing plenty of fresh drinking water for everyday household use.

\Whether you need a PVC water cooler depends on your location and environment. PVC water coolers are specifically designed for areas where standard metal cabinets may be more susceptible to corrosion.

Consider a PVC water cooler if:

You live in a high-sulphur area such as Rotorua, Kawerau, or other geothermal regions where sulphur in the air can affect standard metal coolers.
You need a more durable solution for environments with corrosive conditions.
You want added protection against cabinet corrosion, helping to maintain the appearance and longevity of your cooler.

If you're unsure whether a PVC water cooler is recommended for your location, our team can help you determine the best option for your home.
